Important Note Before Purchasing!
This is a Poe (Power over Ethernet) camera. If you are unsure as to whether or not you have a PoE router, chances are that you don't. It is not a common feature in home based routers. In that case, you will need the PoE injector. The camera still plugs into your router, but get's it's power from this PoE injector which is essentially just a power supply for your camera. If you are planning on running several of these cameras, it would be worth investing in a PoE router / switch. We offer a 4 port PoE switch. There are larger capacity units available.
